Read MoreWe are proud the AFIRE organization has been in the community of Pinellas County since its formation in 1984. During that time, the members have continuously achieved the mission statement by enhancing the lives of persons with intellectual disabilities. Hundreds of families have been touched through the efforts of AFIRE.
Participating in the AFIRE organization is a tremendous help to our mission: “Serving Persons with Developmental Disabilities”. Volunteer with various areas such as State Legislation, Community Resources, Scholarship Program, Community Partners, Provider Fairs and Fundraising Projects further supports the lives of persons with developmental challenges. Become a member and we will keep you in the loop of new benefits in the State or community.  With many of our events, it is not necessary to be a participant to support the cause; Soliciting donations for auction items, goodie bag items, or gift cards for prizes can help us make a difference in the lives of Adults with Developmental Disabilities.
